About the Position

CloudThinker is an AgenticOps platform where AI agents operate cloud infrastructure alongside human teams. As a Solution Architect you are the technical face of CloudThinker to customers: you scope their AWS and AI landscape, design the architecture that fits, run proof-of-concepts, and stay hands-on through delivery. This is a consulting, customer-facing role — you translate between C-level goals and engineering reality, and customers trust you because you have done the work yourself.

What You'll Do

• Own the technical relationship with prospects and customers — discovery workshops, architecture reviews, and executive briefings
• Design cloud and AI solution architectures on AWS: landing zones, cost optimization, observability, security posture, and agentic AI workflows
• Lead proof-of-concepts and pilots end-to-end, from success criteria to production handover
• Partner with Sales and Account Managers on pre-sales: solution scoping, technical proposals, RFP responses, and demos
• Advise customers on adopting AI in their cloud operations — from LLM-powered automation to full agentic workflows
• Feed field insight back into Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap
• Build reference architectures, best-practice playbooks, and technical enablement content for customers and partners

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Cloud Consultant, or similar customer-facing technical role
• Proven consulting experience: leading discovery workshops, presenting to technical and executive stakeholders, and owning solution designs through delivery
• AWS expertise is mandatory — hands-on depth across core services (compute, networking, IAM, cost management, observability); AWS certifications (Solutions Architect Associate/Professional) are a strong plus
• AI experience is mandatory — practical work with LLMs, AI-assisted operations, or agentic workflows (e.g. Bedrock, Anthropic, LangChain/LangGraph), not just familiarity with the buzzwords
• Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, including comfort presenting to C-suite stakeholders
• Ability to run a proof-of-concept hands-on: infrastructure-as-code, scripting, and reading real logs and bills
• Nice to have: experience with FinOps, DevOps/SRE practices, or multi-cloud (GCP, Azure)
• Nice to have: prior work at a cloud consulting firm, AWS partner, or high-growth SaaS company
