(Junior - Middle) Sales Representative

About the Position

As a Sales Representative focused on Lead Generation and Sales Operations, you will be the engine behind CloudThinker's revenue pipeline. You will identify and qualify prospects, manage CRM operations in HubSpot, support the sales cycle from first touch to close, and ensure operational excellence across the sales function. This is a high-impact role where your work directly fuels company growth.

What You'll Do

  • Research and identify target accounts in startups, SMB, enterprise, and technology sectors across Vietnam and APAC markets
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, LinkedIn, phone, and partner referral channels
  • Qualify inbound leads and route them to the appropriate sales team members based on deal size, segment, and product interest
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) in HubSpot
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align on target personas, campaign messaging, and lead scoring criteria
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all deals, contacts, and activities in HubSpot CRM
  • Enforce pipeline hygiene: stage progression, required fields, stale deal management, and per-stage SLA compliance
  • Prepare quotations using CloudThinker's standard quotation template and coordinate internal approvals
  • Track deal progress through the sales pipeline and provide weekly pipeline reports to Head of Sales
  • Support billing transfer operations and customer onboarding workflows in coordination with the Operations team
  • Support partnership outreach and follow-up with AWS, technology partners, and channel resellers
  • Coordinate with the Solutions Architect team to prepare technical materials for customer engagements
  • Assist in preparing proposals, case studies, and sales collateral for key opportunities

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or sales operations (SaaS/cloud/IT services preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with a CRM platform (HubSpot strongly preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and not afraid of high-volume outreach
  • Basic understanding of Agentic AI & AWS Cloud
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with AWS partner programs, billing models, or cloud marketplaces
  • Nice to have: Experience with sales automation tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Nice to have: Understanding of AIOps, DevOps, or cloud operations concepts
